Sinosource is a sourcing consultancy which specialises in helping Small / Medium Enterprises benefit from low cost manufacturing in South East Asia.

The company has four permanent executives- two in the UK and two in Hong Kong/China. These four individuals have over 50 years experience of sourcing in the region particularly in China.

The business model is simple capitalising on the extensive connections and experience of the Sinosource executives, utilising modern communications and logistics in what is now a global market for most manufactured product and raw materials.

Most of the costs of the organisation are variable with no offices or large fixed overheads to cover. All of the long term associates of Sinosource both in the UK and Hong Kong/China work on a 'no foal no fee' basis - when Sinosource gets paid so do those employed on a particular assignment. This approach keeps the cost down, ensures focus and commitment and allows Sinosource to engage people who are the most appropriate for the task.
